Rotary District 5550 in following Rotary International guidelines has developed a policy against abuse and harassment, which includes reporting guidelines. Click on the link on the left to download a copy. The full District Harassment Policy is found in the District Manual of Policy and Procedures. The District Policy applies only to District or club sponsored events or activities such as the International Student Exchange program, RYLA and any other Rotary event. The complete Harassment Prevention and Procedures policy is contained in the District 5550 Manual of Policy and Procedure.

Complaints of harassment shall be brought to the attention of the District Governor under the District 5550 Protocol for Harassment Incidents who will then proceed under the Protocol.
 
District Privacy Policy: This policy operates under the Canadian Standards Association—Model Code for Protection of personal Information and applicable privacy information. This policy addresses concerns of individual Rotarians with the collection and use of personal information. The full Privacy policy is contained within the District 5550 Manual of Policy and Procedure.
